    I booked one item over the website and when I went to collect it the guys said it's don't available in Adelaide. I have to pay extra for a similar item more.

    Looked on the website to hire a piece of equipment. Site said my local Kennards had one. Went down to discuss the appropriateness of the unit for my job and was told they had never seen it. They rang around and there wasn't one in the entire state. The guy explained that the website often advertised equipment that didn't exist because it was a "nationwide" site. Pretty poor in this day and age, to advertise equipment that isn't there.
